Nomad Reader

Nomad Reader is a compact and sophisticated application tailored for the seamless reading of epub and fb2 books. Compatible with Android versions 1.5-3.1, the program boasts support for images, styles, internal and external fonts, along with a range of other functionalities.

• Integrated with a bookshelf featuring Cover Flow support, the application streamlines the book selection process for users.

Currently in its beta stage with frequent updates, Nomad Reader offers a user experience that extends to Nook Touch devices. Leveraging the hardware buttons of Nook Touch, this reader enhances e-ink font rendering, enables rapid page turns, and introduces a black-and-white library mode.

Commencing from build 0.8.13, the reader introduces support for right-to-left reading languages such as Hebrew, Arabic, Urdu, and Farsi. For optimal Arabic support, it is advisable to operate on Honeycomb or newer versions. It is important to note that right-to-left languages necessitate proper paragraph formatting and the implementation of a 'direction' tag.
